Who is eligible for the Buy Back Program?

The program is available to all active colleagues with Pfizer email address, located in UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Greece.

What items are available to purchase?

Used Pfizer laptops, desktops, iPhones and tablets are available for purchase.

How many devices can be purchased?

A maximum of one of each device type per colleague, per year.

What condition are the devices in?

Pfizer used devices are set to original factory setting. Each device will be graded based on its functionality and appearance
NOTE: Battery Condition: Please be aware that every effort is made to ensure internal batteries are in good working condition, and while every effort is made to ensure functionality, we cannot guarantee the longevity of battery life or its ability to hold a charge

What is the Warranty Period and Return policy?

7-day cooling-off period to return the devices if unhappy with the purchase. All products will arrive with a 30 day Warranty period.
