Colleague Buyback Program FAQs
1. 1. Who is eligible for the Buy Back Program?
The program is available to all active colleagues with Pfizer email address, located in UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Greece, Ireland.
2. What items are available to purchase?
Used Pfizer laptops, desktops, iPhones and tablets are available for purchase.
3. How many devices can be purchased?
A maximum of one of each device type per colleague, per year
4. How is the inventory managed?
Inventory is limited and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until the inventory is depleted
5. What condition are the devices in?
Pfizer used devices are refurbished and set to original factory setting. Each device will be graded based on its functionality and appearance
NOTE: Battery Condition: Please be aware that every effort is made to ensure internal batteries are in good working condition, and while every effort is made to ensure functionality, we cannot guarantee the longevity of battery life or its ability to hold a charge
6. Is there a warranty on the purchased devices?
Each device comes with up to 12-month warranty provided by SK TES.
7. What is included with the purchase?
No technical support, manuals, or original packaging is included with the purchase.
Note: Laptops will come preinstalled with a Windows Operating System, but no other applications will be included. (ex. Office 365)
8. What payment methods are accepted?
Payments must be made using a personal credit card. No Pfizer corporate cards are accepted. Accepted methods of payment are Visa Credit, Visa Debit, and Mastercard.
9. Who do I contact for any issues with the purchase or devices?
These are personal purchases and are not supported by Pfizer Service Desk or local Site Services team.

10. Delivery Information
Free shipping when ordering from the Pfizer Colleague Buyback Program website. Delivery typically takes 3-7 working days depending on location. A tracking link will be provided once the order is shipped.
11. What is the return policy?
30 Day Money Back Guarantee. All customers have a 30-day cooling-off period to return the devices if unhappy with the purchase.
